Community Manager
🚀 About you
We’re looking for a Community Manager who understands gaming communities and loves building real connections with players across social media and Discord. You’ll engage with the community, join conversations, collect feedback, and help keep our brand active and visible across different platforms.
đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Moderate and maintain a healthy environment in our Discord community;
- Monitor comments under our social media posts and respond to the audience;
- Track and interact with brand mentions, community discussions, and relevant conversations across social media and other platforms;
- Identify important feedback, complaints, recurring questions, and audience sentiment;
- Escalate critical cases, negative mentions, and sensitive situations to the relevant team members;
- Collect and structure audience feedback, then pass key insights to the team;
- Help maintain a consistent and appropriate brand tone in community interactions;
- Support community engagement by keeping conversations active, clear, and well-moderated;
- Coordinate with the SMM Lead and team on communication-related issues and audience signals;
- Keep track of recurring community topics and highlight what should be addressed in content or internally;
- Assist with community-related activities and engagement mechanics when needed.
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- 1 year of experience as a Community Manager or SMM;
- Strong familiarity with one or several social media and community platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.);
- Understanding of social media algorithms, platform dynamics, and how engagement differs across channels;
- Experience with Discord, either professional or as an active user with strong understanding of gaming community culture and communication;
- Upper intermediate level of English or higher;
- Skilled at working in a hands-on role with daily community interaction, fast context switching, and reactive tasks across multiple platforms;
- Creative and natural communication style – ability to engage users in a human, non-corporate way;
- Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly react to community discussions and trending topics;
- Comfortable navigating negative feedback, and community conflicts, while maintaining calm and respectful communication;
- Solid gaming experience in CS2.

- Experience managing or actively using X for community engagement;
- Interest and active tracking of CS2 tournaments;
- Familiarity with CS2 content creators, streamers, and gaming influencers;
- Understanding of CS-specific humor, slang, and community culture.
